So those of you that bought the game how do you like the mulit player part?

I have been reading online that someone has hacked the server portion of the game so that you host your own dedicated server. Sounds like its only a 2 person co-op part of the game but they said they'll have a full Server out soon. The hack also has a Lan game option and console.

I'm kinda of glad I didn't get this game, If I don't want P2P hosting for PC's games. If I wanted to play on a P2P network I could get and xbox and pay for the too?

The game is fun and multi player is fine just needs to be tweaked some. Don't get me wrong dedicated servers are needed and would make game much better especially if they integrated the team match maker as is now to use your own dedicated server similar to LFD..

If the brought dedicated servers, upped the player count, and made it so you could kick, ban people from a game I'd probably get it. I liked COD4 enough to get MW2.

The game is still fun to play and would still be worth paying for. The only big problem is you can't kick hackers but even with that you can just leave game and start a new one full of players in like 1 minute. The bottom line is if like the first one I would recommend buying it I am sure at some point they will give in to dedicated server issue...
